Hoodies

Wrong size, we'll swap it. Email us within 14 days of delivery and we'll exchange it for another size, subject to availability. It needs to come back unworn, unwashed and in its original condition.

Hats

Final sale. We can't resend a hat that's been worn, so please check the sizing before you order.

Pre-orders

You can cancel a pre-order for a full refund any time before it ships. Just email us.

Damaged, defective or wrong item

Contact us within 7 days of delivery at team@twincherries.us with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We'll make it right with a replacement, store credit or refund.

The fine print

Items sent back without prior approval won't be accepted. Original shipping charges aren't refundable unless the mistake was ours.
