Refund policy

All Twin Cherries purchases are final sale.

Because our products are released in highly limited quantities and are intended to be kept in new, unworn condition, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered. Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at team@twincherries.us with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Once reviewed, we will make it right with a replacement, store credit, or refund where appropriate.

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by an error on our end.
