The first drop

Everything in the first drop is a pre-order. Orders ship within 6 weeks of the day you order. You'll get tracking by email the moment yours is on its way.

If we're going to miss that window, we'll email you before it passes — and you can wait it out or cancel for a full refund. Your call, no questions.

Addresses

Check your address before you order. We can change it if you email us before the order ships. After that it's out of our hands.

Lost or damaged

If something arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, email team@twincherries.us within 7 days and we'll make it right.

Returns

Hoodies — wrong size, we'll swap it.
Hats — final sale. We can't resend one that's been worn.
